Connecting Lenawee is a nonprofit community funding organization dedicated to the development and use of non-motorized pathways across Lenawee County. We promote recreational and commuter trails and walks in Adrian, Tecumseh, Clinton, Morenci, and surrounding areas.
We work closely with state and local agencies to plan, promote, fundraise, and implement initiatives for bike paths and non-motorized pathways in rural and residential areas. Our goal is to expand pedestrian infrastructure and connect to other trail networks, making Lenawee County more accessible and enjoyable for all.
Trails, paths, bike lanes, and other open-use walkways are essential for the health of the community and the planet. By increasing the ways in which cyclists, hikers, runners, and pedestrians can safely travel by non-motorized pathways, we help connect people and create a more equitable transportation model.
